after this few months of adam’s recipe blogging~ adam thinks that he still have to work harder in order to produce nicer recipe~ and maybe 1 day~ adam’s recipe can be a brand! hahaha
today, i’m going to show you this easy and fast recipe~ tomato fry egg~ it is common but i think this recipe is tasty enough. let us see
- spring onion
- salt/soya sauce
here we go~
- mix the egg with some salt
- sliced the tomato and diced it if you want to, fry them over medium fire until soft.
- add the egg mix into the pan and keep stir and mixing with tomato until well mix in low fire.
- add into cut spring onion and continue to mix.
- add some soya sauce if you want to.
here are some of the tips you have to remember, keep the fire low after the egg is added to the pan, this makes sure the egg remains smooth in texture and won’t be burnt! you can also sprinkle some pepper on top before serving~ this is really easy and nice~ the ratio pf ingredients you can adjust by your own wish! try it and enjoy~
