today i goonna introduce you a very delicious and tasty food that is called “bak kut teh” the meaning of it you can have a direct translation which is the meat and bone in a tea~ but what we chinese do is actually cook the pork ribs and other parts of pork with a special formulated herbal recipe~ this formulated herbal and spices recipe is referred to “tea”

this bak kut teh stall is located Jalan Tembikai, Taman Mutiara, 14000 Bukit Mertajam. If you have a chance ~ please pay it a visit and try out the really tasty bak kut teh~ the soup is thick and fragrance~ the meat are just tender ~ i really really do not know how to describe the taste but just one word : nice!

there is a similar shop just opposite this shop that i recommend… i did not try it out because i heard someone say this shop Good master bah kut teh is within the first 30 in the nice bah kut teh ranking! i do not know the saying is reliable or not~ but i really can sure to you the taste is number bak kut teh for adam~haha

听说他们的肉骨茶是排名前30内,置于怎么个排名,我不晓得,在我心里他真的是很好味!第一名吧? 哈哈~ 我不太爱吃肉骨茶,可这档的肉骨茶的确让人爱不释口! 汤很浓郁~ 肉骨软又入味!价钱也不贵~

在他们的对面有另一家 食王(珍珠市)肉骨茶。 我自然不知其中分别,可是看的出大家比较是食王(槟城)肉骨茶的支持者! 哈哈! 有机会一定要试试看! 保证你回味无穷!
