pumpkin soup ball~


i think i have just too much recipe on pumpkin~ i myself cannot explain why~ maybe pumpkin is really versatile~ hahaha

this time i made pumpkin into soup ball~ a chinese style dessert ~ it is easy and really nice!

ingredients:

  • glutinous rice flour
  • pumpkin paste
  • sugar
  • evaporated milk

here we go~

  1. prepare a pumpkin paste. refer pumpkin paste spaghetti
  2. add pumpkin paste and sugar to the rice flour and make it as a dough.
  3. roll them and make ball shape
  4. boil a pot of water and cook the soup ball
  5. when they are floating on top of water means it is done

for the dessert soup

  1. boil water with sugar added.
  2. add in evaporated milk.
  3. if you want to have some ginger taste~ do add some ginger accordingly.
  4. add the pre cook soup ball and it is done!

tips:

do not add water to the rice flour unless the pumpkin paste is too less to make up the dough

the basic ratio is 1 to 2. 1 pumpkin paste to 2 flour.

今天介绍南瓜汤元!! 哈哈

材料:

  • 糯米粉
  • 南瓜泥
  • 淡奶

做法:

  1. 准备好南瓜泥
  2. 加入糯米粉 和 糖
  3. 搓成汤元形状
  4. 煮沸水,加入汤圆
  5. 煮到汤圆浮起来就是好了!

糖水做法:

  1. 把糖煮水溶化
  2. 加入淡奶
  3. 把煮好的汤圆加进去就好了.
  4. 如果要点姜味,可以加入姜。

记得在搓米粉团时不要水~ 南瓜泥不够的话才加入适量水调和~

基本比例是1:2 一份南瓜泥2分米粉~
