adam’s soya cake


it has been long time adam did not update this recipe because he was busying with club and activity~ now, adam is back~haha

even tough i did not update this blog that frequent~ but i do make some new recipe along the way~

this is just one of them~ the soya cake~ can you imagine? we get used to soya milk but how about making it into cake?

let see

ingredients: about 6 to 8 servings

  • self-raising flour 1.5 cup
  • soya milk 1 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

here we go

  1. add in flour, soya milk , egg, butter, sugar and salt in a big bowl and mis them very well.
  2. spread a thin layer of butter on the surface of a container to prevent sticking.
  3. pour the batter into the container~ just 50% of it.
  4. steam for 20 mins~
  5. DONE

this is an easy way to make a cake for everyone especially student who stay outside with no facility such as oven or whatever. try to make this on gathering with your friends~ it will impressed a lot~ haha

今天给你介绍~ 豆奶蛋糕~ 豆奶喝多了~ 蛋糕 吃多了,两个加起来呢?

材料:

  • 自发面粉 1.5 杯
  • 豆奶1杯
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 糖4汤匙
  • 牛油2汤匙
  • 盐1茶匙

做法:

  1. 将所有材料混合打均匀。
  2. 在要用的容器上涂上一沉牛油。
  3. 倒入调好的面糊, 记得是容量的一半就好。
  4. 蒸上20 分钟~

简单容易~又不需要麻烦的烘焙工具!试试看吧~
